Abstract
В данной статье проводится анализ организации интервьюера и респондента взаимодействия в ситуации стандартизированного интервью. В качестве методологической рамки автором был выбран конверсационный анализ. Основным результатом работы является выделение коммуникативных стратегий, которые используют респонденты и интервьюеры для поддержания или прерывания взаимодействия в процессе интервью.

Anna Turchik. Conversational analysis of institutionalized interaction: communicative strategies of the participants of interrupted telephone interview
In this article analysis of standardized telephone interview situation is performed. The author adopts Conversation analysis as a methodological frame for the analysis. The main result of the work performed is revealing the strategies, which respondents and interviewers adopt to maintain or break of interaction during the interview.
